Womenswear brand Wana Sambo‘s monthly blogger edits are quickly becoming one of the fashion calendar’s monthly highlights. As the label has tried to distance itself from the inaccessibility of the ‘luxury’ fashion tag that many other emerging Nigerian labels seem to covet so badly, it is reaching out to fashion and beauty bloggers who have already created a niche community for themselves and showing through collaborations with them that Wana Sambo is all about the everyday woman.
This month’s #WSBloggerEdit taps Lola OJ. For those not in the know, Lola Oj is a returnee beauty vlogger formerly based in the UK. She is also the CEO behind Binx lashes, a beauty line that focuses primary on eyelash extensions. The vlogger models three looks for the brand and marks the brand’s move to indooor shoots for it’s blogger edits. The first editorial and second editorials with Winnifred Madueke and Dodos Ovueraye were shot on location.
