5 tips for Brides who are having a ‘Rainy Season’ wedding

Below are five (5) important tips that would guide you through a rainy wedding day.

1 Avoid An Outdoor Wedding:

For the sake of your decor and the guests, opt for an indoor wedding. There are a wide range of indoor event centres to choose from so go ahead and make use of them.

2. Get A Pair of Rubber ‘Cinderella’ Shoes:

Most brides need to move from one end of the venue to the other and also change their attire from time to time, it is only safer to have with you an emergency pair of rubber shoes.

3. Have An Umbrella Ready:

In cases where the changing room is not nearby, you need a big umbrella to wade through the stormy weather.

And of course that cute umbrella can a lil spice to your attire

4. Handy Towels Will Do:

When in transit through the rain, you need something to dry your feet. Remember not to leave your groom and bridal party out of the ‘wet day’ preparations.

5. Ensure Your Makeup Artist Is Around The Corner: Predicting that the water would never touch your face is almost impossible. Ensure your makeup artist sticks around for the whole day, so she can fix any smear caused by the rain.
