If someone typed up a manuscript for every thought that goes through us ladies’ heads every time we need to get dressed up for something, that person would probably have enough content to put together a book at the end of just one day.
Most times these thoughts are more about everything that’s wrong with the way we look, and less about how great we really look. These are the most reoccurring questions that pop up in our heads, whenever we are getting all primped up for something, and we need to stop asking them.
- Does this make me look fat/thin?
As long as you love how you look in whatever you are wearing, you really don’t need to ask yourself this question. The most important questions are, are you comfortable in it, and do you love it?
- Am I showing too much skin/not enough skin?
If you love to wear short skirts you should, the weather is too hot anyway. And if you love to wear long skirts you should, at least your legs won’t get sun burned. Whatever it is you shouldn’t have to ask yourself if you are showing too much skin or not enough skin.
- Am I adding/loosing weight
The question should be, am I healthy? If you are, then nothing else matters.
- Is my dress too sexy/not sexy enough?
The question should be do I feel good in this dress? If your answer is yes then it’s just sexy enough.
- Should I wear more/less makeup?
Who cares how much makeup you wear? You are beautiful either way, so why are you putting so much thought into it?
- Am I showing too much cleavage?
It’s not your fault that the lord in his infinite wisdom gave you DDs, you shouldn’t feel like you need to hide them all the time. Some days free the titties.
