Beautiful moments we love from Kunbi & Lanre’s Wedding #KandL2016

Yayyyyyyyy!  Kunbi Oyelese of April by Kunbi and consultant Lanre Tomori are now married.

#Kunbirella and her King were truly destined. The beautiful couple first met five years ago. Kunbi was doing a fitting for a client,  who also happens to be Lanre’s brother’s wife, and she thought her brother-in-law would be perfect for Kunbi, so she introduced them.

The connection was instant, and they had a true friendship. Fast forward a few years, Lanre swept  off her feet with a proposal, and now, their dreamy wedding. Love truly conquers all!

Below are the 5 things we love at the wedding:

The Castle Decoration: The castle decoration which is quite unusual among all wedding decorations was unique as it makes the event look more colourful and special.kunbi 3 kunbi 2

The Mother’s Picture; Kunbi in one of her pictures incorporated her late mum into the event. Today’s brides usually incorporate the picture of a loved one. So we absolutely love this idea.kunbi 5

The Grooms Outfit; The hashtag of the event was placed on the Groom’s jacket this will most likely be a major trend for grooms in Nigeria.kunbi 6

The Bride’s Shoe;  Kunbi’s shoe came in a diamond box. This is the second celebrity wedding where we have spotted a diamond shoe box.kunbi shoe 2kunbi shoe

The Golden Crown On Bride Maids; As we all know that a castle is a special place for a King and Queen. Kunbi’s wedding was a Cindarella themed wedding so guests had a gold crown all given to them. The essence was to add a bit of fun and colour to the event. We totally love the Cindarella Themed Wedding.kunbi crownkunbi crown 2
