Burst of Colours! Ejike’s EPIC Flash Mob proposal to Mabel will make you cry (photos, video)

Ejike and Mabel meet at a friend’s daughter’s birthday party in 2013 and since then their love story has blossomed. In his words ‘It was love at first sight and I guess it just happened naturally.Right from the first time I saw her at that party, though I was shy, I made effort to talk to her and that was how the whole story started and here we are today. She has been an amazing and wonderful part of my life as she brought a whole new definition of life to me.’

With her birthday approaching, he decided to give her an unforgettable birthday surprise.He decided it was time to pop those special words and wanted it done in a very special and memorable way. Describing his bride-to-be as very outgoing, lively and social, Love Bug designed a flash mob proposal themed ‘BURST OF COLOURS’.

Erik wanted a weekend getaway treat at a resort so we decided on EPE RESORT where Love Bug crafted a flashmob proposal for Mabel on her birthday.

THE PLAN

Love Bug planned with Ejike to inform her that the hotel had given her a free photo-session with a photographer as her birthday gift and she dressed up believing that the shoot would happen at noon. Whilst she dressed up, Love Bug created a lovely decor and set up customized frames on the proposal ground alongside a beautiful customized cake, bouquet, mugs ,a gift box as well as a talking card with a voice note from Ejike.

We also had Ejike leave the room ‘ in search of the photographer’, so he could stand at the proposal ground and wait for her.

Of course, he was with the RING!!!

THE PROPOSAL

Few minutes later the photographer appeared on the doorstep to lead her to the ‘location of the photo session’.

Little did she know that she was being led to one of the most amazing experiences of a lifetime.

She was approached by a guitarist with a beautiful melody, who led her to the flash mob where we had a group of professional dancers ‘attack’ her with a rehearsed choreography to a beautiful love song whilst presenting various gifts to her.

After the dance, they led her to the proposal ground where she met her sweetheart, waiting eagerly to pop those special words. She was completely surprised and overwhelmed as he presented his proposal in the presence of their good friends.
