La Perla’s New Look For Its Fall/Winter 2016 Campaign is So Daring

For its fall-winter 2016 campaign, La Perla’s new creative director Pedro Lourenco was inspired by the designs of Brazilian architect Oscar Niemeyer, the Edo period in Japan and the German art movement Zero. From barely there sheer tulle to transparent PVC, these lingerie styles are fashion forward.

The sultry glamour of previous seasons has been replaced with minimal styling and architectural shapes. Liu Wen is back as the face of La Perla for her sixth season, and is joined by Sasha Luss and Valery Kaufman. Photographed by Mert Alas and Marcus Piggott, the new designs range from cutout bodysuits to geometrical shapes. They are chic, elegant and are sure to turn heads.
