Nipo Skin’s ‘Traveller’ in collaboration with Da Viva, gets the editorial treatment

On the heels of the Kumasi Fashion Week debut showcase, the labels have begun actively promoting their summer collections with high profile editorial campaigns. We’ve seen editorials from Quophi Akoutuah and now menswear label Nipo Skin has presented its exclusive catalog campaign. The label explains the inspiration behind the collection and it’s travel themed editorial as thus:

The name of the collection suggests the journey of every man in life from various backgrounds and their sense of style and trend in fashion. This all male line features a good range of casuals, sporty, smart casual to more formal looking outfits.
The collection has everything for every man. With precise cuts and the use of leather and cords gives some of the pieces a more enhanced appearance.  Also the hand made accessories such as the bags hats and shoes even solidifies most of the looks in the collection.

The new Nipo Skin collection designed in partnership with fabric giant Da Viva’s DV Fashions, was one of the initiatives of the Kumasi Fashion Week, which we suspect was a mutually beneficial collaboration (production costs can run very high for emerging brands and having an emerging label promote new fabric on a platform as large as Kumasi Fashion Week is always a boon for the fabric maker, with strong competition from Vlisco and Woodin).
