TOS Lagos shopping guide: Fabric stores at Ikeja City Mall

We can’t get enough of prints and these fabric stores have been fueling our addiction. If you haven’t already, you should try out these fabric stores.

  1. Da Viva
DaViva stocks all sorts of fabrics from ankara to regular cotton materials. All sorts doesn’t mean they have the widest variety of materials to choose from, but they definitely do not stock only ankara. Even though Da Viva does not have a variety of fabrics, they have a pretty wide variety of colours and patterns for you to choose from. Their pricing is fair enough, so that no matter what your price range might be you’ll be able to walk out of the store with something. They also offer ready made clothes in the store.
  2. Woodin
Although they advertise themselves as a fashion brand on their website, they also provide fabric for sale. Woodin is part of the Vlisco group, which makes me wonder why the two stores were not merged.
  3. Vlisco
They are an international company who recently set up shop in Nigeria. What we know as wax and hollandis, is what can be best used to describe the fabric they stock. The design of their print is very unique, and you can immediately recognise Vlisco fabric wherever you see it. They also provide a wide variety of prints and designs.
