Timberland boots, baggy jeans, dungarees, bandanas, gramophone, old records, all reminiscent of partying back in the days, were just a few memorabilia that made this week’s edition of Grill at the Pent a delight.
The theme for the week was Nostalgia Ultra (Kicking it way back) were guests got the throwback feel of partying in the 80’s and 90’s with musical items that characterized those years used to decorate the venue.
And of course the music was pulsating. Trust the turntables wizardry of Djs Ruud and Skura to be superb, with a special set by celebrity guest- Dj Obi who ensured the music was strictly nostalgic.
Songs from way back artists like Notorious Big, Keith Sweat, Baba Fryo, Wyclef Jean, Jazzman Olofin and countless more where on nonstop play with guests steady reminiscing their younger days
