It’s not all the time I get to meet amazingly lovely couple like BOLANLE + WALE.
After less than 10-minutes chats on the phone over our very first conversation, Bolanle booked me straight up for their wedding, and I knew she was one bride I was going to enjoy documenting her special day….
The pre-wed shoot was scheduled for Dubai, but due to a prior booking we had to shoot in London, followed by their colourful Nigerian traditional engagement ceremony.
On a very cold Saturday morning last weekend, I arrived at the couple’s hotel in North London to commence documenting their wedding, everyone was in high spirit despite the cold outside. The church service was over and done with in 35minutes just the way I like it, but sadly the officiating Minister “Clipped” my wings preventing me from moving around at the church during the ceremony, but I did manage to capture some moments.
Despite the blistering cold the couple braved it and managed to pose for some traditional photos with their guests and families before we all headed to Banqueting Hall in North London for the fun-filled colourful reception that rolled into the night.
BOLANLE + WALE met 3-years ago and they just knew instantly, destiny had match-made them for each-other.
