Following their engagement, Mariah Carey and her billionaire fiance James Packer moved into the exclusive gated Oaks community in Calabasas, California.
They have reportedly rented the one-storey, 1203 square metre Mediterranean mansion for $A350,446.82 a month. However, reports by Zillow.com says they actually bought the house for $11million
Built in 2016, the six bedroom, nine bathroom palatial property seems perfect for a diva of Carey’s standing.
The home comes complete with a basketball court, a luxurious resort-style pool, a home theatre, a large chef’s kitchen, wine cellar, bar and a five-car garage.
There is plenty of room for Carey’s four-year-old twins Moroccan and Monroe with ex-husband Nick Cannon, and Packer’s three children Indigo, Jackson and Emmanuelle.
Best of all, the property comes complete with some famous neighbours. It is just two homes down from Kourtney Kardashian’s mansion, and is in the same community as Kris Jenner’s family home.
