The Lunch Club of Eat.Drink.Lagos visited VELLVETT for its recent edition and they had quite a thrill. From the promptness to the menu, it was all such fun experience.
This one was so straight forward. No back and forth emails or debating over menu or the price. The entire thing got sorted in less than 30 mins. When he offered us the ribeye as one of the mains, we really thought there was a catch somewhere. This Lunch Club menu was an absolute steal.
To put it in perspective, the cheapest steak on the Vellvett menu is the sirloin. We got it when we visited Vellvett and that’s N7000. Our 3-course Lunch Club ticket with the ribeye (most expensive Vellvett steak) and lots of wine, was N9500.
Crazy stuff.
Anyway, our we got a good mix of old and new guests this month. Only one guy got a ticket this time. The men are really slacking. You might meet the love of your life at one of our lunches, uno? Speaking of love, one of our guests is having an 80-person wedding. Like, only 80 guests invited to the thing. That’s so amazing.
