Black Opal Nigeria Gets on Board For Few’s Next Face Africa Competition

In August, Black Opal brand Nigeria collaborated with Few Models Agency for the Few’s Next Face Africa competition.

The competition brought girls from various parts of Africa, to vie for the position of being Few’s Next Face and BLK/OPL Nigeria was charged with creating subtle natural looks for the contestants.

BLK/OPL brand founded on the bases of providing quality and affordable beauty products for women of colour achieved the looks for the big day using the BLK/OPL TRUE COLOR pore perfecting liquid foundation and the BLK/OPL TRUE COLOR pore perfecting powder foundation, complemented with the TOTAL COVERAGE concealing foundation, depending on their shades.

Finishing up the makeup was with the BLK/OPL TRUE COLOR soft velvet finishing powder which was to control oil and give a matte finish, and also allow a true-to-tone colour-matching formula. The BLK/OPL COLOR SPLURGE lipgloss in “Lustre Gloss” was applied on their lips for the final uniformed look.

The BLK/OPL Nigeria glam squad for the competition included Uche Enyokwa of Sutchay, Ayo of Monads and Chrome, Adedoyin of DidiMua, Ucheof Chays Glam, Felicity of Beautybylqm and Bosipo of @bosbos_mua, together with the ambassadors of BLK/OPL Nigeria, Lillian Paul and Tolani Aremu of Artistry by Tolani.

The glam squad went on to achieve the no-makeup makeup look on Thursday, August 30th, 2018 for a photo shoot with the 10 models. The goal was to capture the models as natural as possible while they had their video and photo sessions.
