Proenza Schouler’s fall-winter 2016 collection, designers Jack McCollough and Lazaro Hernandez focused more on showing of fitted jackets with lace-up fronts, bodycon knitwear dresses and baggy trousers.
For outerwear, shearling accented bomber jackets or tailored coats in shiny fabrics were paired with baggy trousers featuring undone ties. Patchwork fur coats in hourglass shapes, cinched at the waist were definite standouts. For dresses, the Proenza Schouler woman wears strappy numbers decorated with strips of crepe.

Designers David Neville and Marcus Wainwright’s urban essentials for the label’s fall-winter 2016 collection presented during New York Fashion Week involved a lineup of sporty outfits which came in oversized parkas, slouchy trousers and motocross inspired graphics. Also, a bomber jacket with criss-cross pattern paired over a zippered dress or an all black look of a long vest, sheer blouse and track style pants.
Ralph Lauren unveiled his fall-winter 2016 collection with looks that can be worn both day and night. Also, menswear inspiration with ties, double breasted suit jackets and culottes and fringe adorned capes, ruffle adorned minidresses and a moto jacket. For evening wear, a parade of pleated velvet gowns with flowing shapes in jewel tones dazzled.
