Imprint SA, the South African menswear line was one of our favorite showcase from the South Africa Menswear Week with its fall offering, a celebration of religious imagery, androgyny and african inspired prints.
The label has released their first campaign images for the new collection, working with a male and female model, most likely to emphasize the androgyny of the pieces.
Shot in a sparse desert-scape that provides much needed context, some of the collection’s more quirky pieces (cape shawls and belted cotton trenches) come to life. The editorial also emphasize the wanderer aesthetic of the collection with heavy utilitarian make up and accessories, it’s a smashing success.
