The make-up guru who returned to Nigeria from the United States a few years ago to ply her trade recently worked on Cherie Blair who is a respected barrister and the wife of former British PM Tony Blair.
Joyce explains, “She wanted very subtle and natural makeup for her conference in Lagos. Very little colour was run through her brows, soft shadows on her eyes, paired with a neutral-pink lip colour! She totally loved her makeup.’’
Cherie would later share her appreciation with a hand written thank you note which she handed a shocked Joyce Jacobs.
