AMVCA 2023 Opening Night and Cultural Day which took place at the Federal Palace Hotel and Casino in Lagos was a beautiful display of the vibrant African culture and marked the beginning of the activities leading up to the 9th Africa Magic Viewers’ Choice Awards (AMVCA) on May 20th. The event showcased African traditions and will be followed by the ‘Runway Show and Nominee Gala’ on May 19th.
This year’s runway competition offers winners the chance to win cash prizes and collaborate with Pepsi’s creative team to design innovative outfits for the runway. The festivities will reach their peak on Saturday, May 20th with the grand award ceremony.
