With the continued economic and socio-political growth of the Middle East and its increased influence on global fashion, we’ve seen modest fashion become increasingly embraced as an alternative for people whose believes preclude them from indulging in some of mainstream fashion’s more risque trends.
Nemah and Maha find interesting ways to incorporate trends like minimalism, denim, distressed looks and even layering into their iteration of modest fashion and have even gone as far as creating ‘look books’ on their Youtube channel to serve as inspiration for muslim women looking for ideas on how to play up their wardrobes.
