The Strut: Few Models are up, Paul Ukonu is back plus a photography workshop you won’t want to miss

Few Models scores a major coup with Declan Eytan and Vogue Italia.

On Monday, news broke that several Nigerian designers including Orange Culture, Kenneth Ize and Maxivive had collaborated on an elaborate editorial for the Vogue Italia ‘Talents on set’ series. One huge part of this development that hasn’t gotten as much press is that all the models in the editorial are from Few Modelling Agency and for one of them, Ademide Adepetun, it was his first shoot. This is Few’s first international shoot, and to have six models participate is a huge coup. Congratulations to Bolajo Fawehimi and the team.

A trifecta of stylists hosting an event, count me in.

Accessories brand Bland 2 Glam is hosting not one but three major stylists for its ‘Sip and Bling’ event on the sixth of February at the Centro Mall in Lekki. The main attraction is the Yemi Alade Collection made in collaboration with Bland 2 Glam and the stylists will dish about their lives and work. Sounds like quite the event.

Paul Ukonu shoots the Ghoste8.

Ukonu got behind the lens again recently to shoot Ghoste Magazine’s ‘Ghoste8′ done in collaboration with Metal entertainment. The list profiles 8 musicians destined to become superstars in 2016 and features Lil’ Kesh, Falz, Adekunle Gold, Korede Bello, Reekado Banks, Skales, Simi and Yung 6ix. It’s great to see him back at work after the photoshoop debacle of last year.
