Kendall Jenner is at the centre of another internet outrage again.
It was only weeks ago that the model faced massive backlash after she was featured in an insensitive Pepsi ad that downplayed the #BlackLivesMatter movement.
Poor Kendall is again facing social media attack since she appeared on the cover of Vogue India’s 10th anniversary edition. The questions on everybody’s lips are: “Why Kendall?”, “Why not an Indian model or actress?”.
It beats all our imagination because one would have assumed that the easiest picks would be actress, Priyanka Chopra who is of Indian descent or Bollywood star actress, Aishwarya Rai. But the magazine chose Bollywood actor, Sushant Singh Rajput to appear with Jenner and other Indian models and entertainers appeared in other parts of the issue.
Having Kendall Jenner on the cover is the issue with everyone, especially Indian readers.

Only two months ago, Vogue Arabia featured supermodel, Gigi Hadid on its cover wearing a veil and it also sparked backlash. Critics said the magazine could have used a Muslim model and Gigi has the tendency to use her Palestinian roots when it’s convenient.
