You know how people are size fours and size tens, well I don’t have a size and it’s the most frustrating thing ever. I’m pretty sure I’m not the only one with an in-between size, but am I the only one who’s sick and tired of the problems it brings? (first world problems I know). Like for example I’m somewhere in-between a size 6 and a size 8. So anytime I buy a pair of jeans they either fit my ass perfectly but not my waist, or fit my waist perfectly and turn my ass into a sandwich. And any time this happens, I go for a ten minute rant to any one who cares to hear about how whoever came up with the universal size charts has to do better.
Anyone who has the same problem knows how frustrating it is to keep adjusting clothes they just bought. And mine is rather peculiar because I’m somewhere in-between a 4 and a 6 from my waist down, and in between a 6 and 8 from the waist up. So you can just imagine how frustrating buying gowns and dresses must be for me.
The annoying thing is that I don’t have this problem with just my clothes, but with my shoes too. My feet are somewhere in between a 7 and an 8, and no they are not a 7 and a half. So I’m constantly either stuffing my shoes because they are a little too big, or limping in them after an hour, because they are a little too tight.
So for all we in-betweeners let’s keep hoping and praying that the powers that be find a solution to our problem some day soon.
