4 ways to hide that tummy bulge

Sometimes, no matter what size you are, you just can’t seem to get rid of that annoying little tummy bulge. You might have tried everything like working out even if you only really do that once a week if you are being honest with yourself, or eating right -even though you know a diet coke isn’t really healthy.-

  1. Always carry a big bag. Hang it in the crook of your elbow and angle your arm conspicuously in front of your stomach. You might want to make sure the bag is near empty because hauling a heavy bag around in the crook of your elbow is a pain.
  2. Wear a waist trainer 24/7. Never take it off, wear it to bed, to shower, to go for a swim, to the beach. If you start feeling light headed, don’t worry about it, the end result is worth it. If you are not passing out at malls every other day then you are probably not doing it right.
  3. Buy only maternity clothes because that tiny bulge is just absolutely unsightly. It doesn’t matter if nobody ever notices it, and you are the only one who really cares about it you just have to cover it up.
  4. Suck it in. Once you are in public, take in a deep breath and tuck your tummy in with it. Don’t breathe out, except is absolutely necessary and only do it when you are sitting, or you are sure no one is looking.
