Shopping in Lagos is wahala, we all know this. From ridiculous prices (really! charging ten thousand for atmosphere!) to rude salesgirls and ridiculous sale policies like “madam please you can’t test the clothes,” many of us just prefer to shop online. But deliveries take time and sometimes they arrive quite different from what was ordered.
Imagine my joy when I found this little boutique tucked into one of Surulere’s numerous side streets, I found the answer to all my style prayers. The most beautiful clothes, affordable prices and constant ridiculous clearance sales all in one location.
Anacleta’s boutique can be found at 70 Randle Avenue, Surulere. I have shopped there a number of times now and have never had a problem (or at least one which wasn’t resolved immediately) with anything purchased from the store in terms of quality. Most of the brands are the popular commercial American brands like Asos and River Island, and then the prices are not about 5 times the normal amounts you would usually buy these brands.
